What is Breathing Nature?

A person breathes all the time, even the doctor's pulse also listens to the breath. This is natural breathing, that is, there is no hair on the skin, and there is breathing in the flesh. It's not playing Tai Chi, which style is exhaling, which style is inhaling, so that the breath is not natural breathing, it is the breath of the throat, it becomes the breath of pulling the bellows, such breathing is not only unhygienic, but also can hurt the qi, and the Tai Chi is used to breathe naturally. That is, the moving one is exhaling, the still one is inhaling, the silk is wrapped for exhalation, and the inverted silk is inhaled. Qi returns to the dantian as quiet, and quiet is to inhale. The qi that comes out of the dantian is moving, and this is the exhalation. Breathing in this way is natural breathing. This kind of breathing is not only hygienic and clean, but also can exhale turbid air and absorb clean air.

What is turbidity? What is Qingqi?

As the saying goes, "A breath of life is a fatal phlegm". A breath of life is the breath of his mother's birth, this is the innate natural qi, this is the innate pure qi, and after a long time of being polluted by bad qi, it will give birth to turbidity. These turbidities form phlegm for a long time, blocking breathing, and mild cases are sick, and severe cases are fatal. Therefore, when people are dying, phlegm comes up, this is a breath of life, a fatal phlegm.

There are ten types of qi: five types of clear qi and five types of turbidity.
Five types of turbidity:

Horizontal breath: It is to fill the chest with horizontal qi, not to catch the breath up and down, and to wheezing during exercise.

Evil energy: It is abnormal breathing, coming and going, blue mouth and white face during exercise.

Adverse qi: It is to pick up the shoulders and elbows on the shelves during exercise, and I don't know how to sink the elbows and loosen the shoulders.

Stagnation: It is the blockage of the qi during exercise, so that the qi around the body cannot circulate, and there is a danger of stopping for a long time. (Different from adverse qi: adverse qi is caused by lifting shoulders and elbows, which makes the middle qi retrograde, such as a flood flowing backwards, and all kinds of diseases are common.) )

Turbidity: It is heavy at the top and light at the bottom during exercise, scattered outside and empty, and completely uses the acquired qi, so that all turbidity gushes up, and people will get sick after practicing for a long time.

Five types of purifying qi:

Innate natural qi: It is the qi brought by the birth of the mother.

Qiankun righteousness: It is the qi of yin and yang, and it is also the qi of rigidity and softness.

The Qi of Taihe: It is the Qi of the Dantian, which is the place where the five qi of the heart, liver, spleen, lungs and kidneys converge, also known as the Five Qi Chaoyuan, which is the life and death of a person, and the severity of the disease must first look at the truth of the existence of the vitality.

Haoran's qi: It is pure and turbid, practice a boxing, do not panting, do not change the color of the face, talk and laugh freely, and can respond to the battle with composure during the battle, and raise my Haoran qi.

Mixed elements in one breath. That is, when the kung fu is practiced, the qi of the whole body is gathered and not dispersed, mixed with one qi, like the strength of iron and stone, attacking it without defeat, and breaking it without dispersing.

Therefore, when exercising, you should exhale the five kinds of turbid qi and absorb the five kinds of clear qi. Qi is turbid in the chest, and the dantian is pure qi. During the practice, the turbidity qi descends, descends to the Yongquan acupoint, and the clear qi rises to the Baihui acupoint. It can not only strengthen muscles and bones, strengthen the body, but also prolong the life of cowardice.
