Looking To my "Tai Chi and Friends" Community,
As our journey together evolves, I am thrilled to announce a new chapter in our practice. Based on your feedback and my commitment to your long-term health, I am launching a Boutique Small-Group Training format starting this Spring.
Why the Shift to Small-Group?
In large classes, it is easy to follow the flow, but difficult to master the details. To truly unlock the health benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong, you will need this class
What to Expect:
Personalized Alignment: Direct, hands-on (or focused visual) correction of your posture and form.
The "Why" Behind the Move: Deeper insights into how each movement affects your meridians, fascia, and balance.
Limited Capacity: To ensure I can provide individual attention to every student, class sizes will be strictly limited.
Maximized Benefits: Optimized practice to ensure you are getting the full therapeutic value from every session.
Class Details will be announced

Why Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Works?
Strong Movement control
Tai chi movements are slow, smooth and continuous, helping to strengthen internal muscles, Tai chi practitioners move against a gentle resistance to build full muscular strength. Slow and smooth movements calm the mind, helping to reduce falls resulting from sudden movements that lead to significant blood pressure drop, especially in elder people taking medication that can cause change of blood pressure.
Frequent Weight Transfer
Tai chi practitioners are mindful of transferring weight with each step, helping to improve mobility, coordination and balance. This, in addition to emphasis on upright and supple posture, further strengthens muscles.
Mind and Body Intergration
Tai chi is an internal art, which stresses the integration and balance of mind and body. Tai chi practitioners focus, calm their minds, and loosen and relax their joints and ligaments. A number of studies indicate that being confident results in less falls, since the fear of falls increases the risk of falling.
